Wendy Deras, MS, RN, CNE, CDP

Healthcare Consulting Specialist

Wendy Deras brings more than 31 years of experience in healthcare education, with a distinguished career spanning the full continuum of nursing preparation. She has taught nursing assistants, home health aides, practical/vocational nurses, and registered nursing students across associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degree programs.

She holds two master’s degrees in nursing education and psychiatric–mental health therapy and is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing in the state of California. Wendy has maintained the prestigious Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) credential from the National League of Nursing since 2009.

Known for her unwavering commitment to student success, Wendy combines deep clinical expertise with exceptional strengths in assessment, curriculum development, and coaching. Her leadership is grounded in evidence-based practice, academic rigor, and a passion for advancing excellence in healthcare education.

Israel Deras

IT, Live Scan Expert and CPR Trainer

Israel Deras has over 30 years of experience in networking, videography, web design, and computer product development. His diverse portfolio includes the creation of websites, DVDs, commercials, and advertising materials for a wide range of businesses. Israel has also served as a Live Scan operator and American Heart Association (AHA) instructor for more than 14 years.

With a strong foundation in information technology and communications management, he ensures that the company remains at the forefront of innovative technology solutions, supporting the organization’s operational and instructional needs with precision and forward-thinking expertise.

Envision Education, LLC is a small business with two employee-owners. Wendy Deras serves as President and fulfills the responsibilities of both Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Israel Deras serves as Vice President and fulfills the responsibilities of Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
