Your fingerprints will electronically transmit to your federal agency.  We will verify your identity and capture your fingerprints using our FBI-certified scanners.  You will need to present the original request for Live Scan form, and the operator will manually type your information into the fingerprint system and you will be issued an ATI number that you can use to look up the status of your background check online.   If you enroll by the DOJ or Biometrics website, the operator will be able to seamlessly download your transaction information and capture your fingerprints without the need for payment by using your QR code.

Flexible Scheduling

LiveScan fingerprinting is done by appointment only, fees vary depending on the reason for LiveScan request. 

We offer services 5 days a week from 8:30 to 17:00, and we can easily accommodate your schedule.  

Complementary Resumissions

If your livescan is rejected by the FBI due to fingerprint quality, will book a schedule for a complementary resubmission, free of charge.   You will need to bring the original letter by the FBI with a new livescan form filled up.

  • What is an ORI?
    ORI stands for Organization Record Identifier. The ORI number is the Originating Case Identifier, or the number assigned to the person or organization who is requesting a Level 2 Background Check. It lets the FBI and FDLE know which statutes govern the background check, which offenses to look for, and where to send the results once the check is completed. A Level 2 Background Check MUST have an ORI number. This number should be provided to you by whoever requires a Level 2 Background Check on you.
  • What documents do I need for fingerprinting?
    You will need a valid federal photo ID (Driver license, State ID, US Passport, Military ID, etc.) and any necessary forms provided by your requesting agency, such as a Request for Live Scan Service Form or ORI number. (No identification can be expired).
  • How long take to get my results of fingerprinting?
    That will depend on the DOJ and FBI departments.
  • What is the minimum of people required for mobile fingerprinting?
    Mobile services are available for individuals and business. We require a minimum number of people for on-site visits. Contact us for specific group size requirements.
  • What is a LiveScan?
    Livescan fingerprinting is the process of capturing fingerprints electronically with our advanced live scan machine. With live scan fingerprinting, there is no ink or card. Your fingerprints are taken across a glass plate and scanned. It is faster, cleaner, and more accurate than the old ink and roll method.
  • Are there additional fees for mobile fingerprinting services?

  • How long does it take to complete fingerprinting?
    The process typically takes 5 to 10 minutes per person, but the total time depends on the number of individuals being fingerprinted.
