Your fingerprints will electronically transmit to your federal agency. We will verify your identity and capture your fingerprints using our FBI-certified scanners. You will need to present the original request for Live Scan form, and the operator will manually type your information into the fingerprint system and you will be issued an ATI number that you can use to look up the status of your background check online. If you enroll by the DOJ or Biometrics website, the operator will be able to seamlessly download your transaction information and capture your fingerprints without the need for payment by using your QR code.

Flexible Scheduling

Complementary Resumissions
If your livescan is rejected by the FBI due to fingerprint quality, will book a schedule for a complementary resubmission, free of charge. You will need to bring the original letter by the FBI with a new livescan form filled up.

What is an ORI?ORI stands for Organization Record Identifier. The ORI number is the Originating Case Identifier, or the number assigned to the person or organization who is requesting a Level 2 Background Check. It lets the FBI and FDLE know which statutes govern the background check, which offenses to look for, and where to send the results once the check is completed. A Level 2 Background Check MUST have an ORI number. This number should be provided to you by whoever requires a Level 2 Background Check on you.
